FESTIVAL DE MOLES
A compilation of our most popular mole sauces: Black, Red, Coloradito and Estofado. Served with a hand-made tortilla, rice and shredded chicken breast.
ENSALADA DE NOPALITOS
Cactus salad tossed with tomatoes, onions and cilantro sprinkled with Mexican fresh cheese.
Tamal de Mole Negro en Hoja de Plátano. A banana-leaf wrapped tamale stuffed with our famous black mole sauce and chicken breast. Served with a side of rice and black beans.
CHILE RELLENOS (picadillo de pollo o queso)
Two Oaxaca-imported chile de agua chiles stuffed with your choice of chicken picadillo or cheese, covered in a spicy red tomatoe sauce. Served with a side of rice and black beans.
COSTILLA DE PUERCO ENCHILADA (frita o asada)
Pork ribs covered in a chile and spice marinade sauce. Grilled or fried. Served with rice, black beans, and green salad.
TACO DE BARBACOA DE CHIVO
Young goat meat flavored in dried chiles, avocado tree leaves and herbs, wrapped in a large hand-made tortilla. Served with young goat broth on the side.
Grilled cactus topped with grilled beef sauteed with onions, tomato, bell peppers, and covered with melted Oaxacan string cheese. Served with black beans.
PECHUGA DE POLLO ENCHILADA (frita o asada)
Large filleted chicken breast marinated in a chile and spice paste. Grilled of fried. Served with rice, black beans, and green salad.
ESPECIAL DE CARNES
A compilation of our three Oaxacan meat selections plus Oaxaca-imported string cheese. Served with a side of rice, black beans and salad.
Four folded tortillas dipped in your choice of mole sauce, sprinkled with queso fresco, topped with fresh parsley and slices of onions. Served with a side of rice and your choice of Oaxaca-imported string cheese, Tazajo, Cecina, or Chorizo. (add $2.00 for every extra ingredient).

Seafood stew made from octopus, clams, shrimp, and crab meat.
A traditional Oaxacan dessert—Corn based Gelatin, with hints of cinnamon and cactus fruit flavors.

Strawberries topped with home-made strawberry marmalade, and cream.

CHOCOLATE (de Agua o Leche) con PAN de YEMA
Oaxacan hot chocolate, prepared with your choice of milk or water. Served with Oaxaca Pan de Yema bread.
